pickleball pro and influencer Tara Bernstein has been named an annapolis shoe company's first-ever brand ambassador. made plus inc., launched by a group of former nike and under Armour employees, produces shoes from recycled materials.
Bernstein will wear the "bangr" pickleball shoe, which is made of 6.5 recycled plastic bottles. the company released its first pickleball shoe last year as pickleball was exploding in popularity in greater baltimore and around the country. Bernstein has more than 40,000 instagram followers and is sponsored by franklin sports, a major manufacturer of pickleball equipment.
